His recruitment journey began in Australia, and over the years, he has honed his ability to identify top talent and match them with roles that offer mutual benefits for both candidates and employers. Vinny’s hands-on experience in sales and marketing, combined with his deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, makes him uniquely positioned to lead Tactical Talent.
